Human Male Bard.

Physical Description: He is slightly taller and heavier then a normal man with skin to dark to be a scribe and to light to be a farmer. He is knowledgeable and has cat-like balance,and is a solid leader of men. Otherwise he is quite normal for a man, perhaps the weakest of all the companions. While his true strength lays in books and scrolls, he also wields his ancient blade with fair skill. ( The blade is from the time of the Cataclysm and produces light on command. ) He also has a tendency to take unneccesary risks. ( such as playing a flute while riding alone on an uncertain road while contemplating herasy. ) He is also known for not mastering damage causing spells as well as a form of magic which requires only the music of his flute.

Background: Arcus is a minor bureaucrat / archeologist for the Theocracy of Seekers ( the leaders of these lands ) His knowledge and skills have proven to be more useful in the field then behind a table. He does fears the day when he must abandon his work to fullfill his duties to the state.
